How to Manage Your Doximity Email Preferences on the Website (Desktop)

Doximity allows you to customize the types of emails you receive. You can update these preferences at any time from your Notification Settings.

This includes emails related to your network, messages, news, job opportunities, surveys, reports, and other Doximity updates.


How to opt in or out of emails

  • Log in to your Doximity account from the website.
  • Click on your profile icon (initials or photo) in the bottom left corner
    Click Settings at the top of the dropdown menu
  • Click on Notifications
  • Scroll to manage the types of emails you receive from Doximity.
  • Click on a category to expand it.

  • Review the available email types within that category.

  • Toggle each email type on to receive those emails or off to unsubscribe.


Email Preference Categories

Each category includes more specific email options that can be managed individually.

Clicking on each section will expand to show email types within that category. Use the toggles to opt in or out of each category.

  • Fax and Messaging
  • From Doximity
  • Invites and Colleagues
  • Jobs and Opportunities
  • News
  • Notifications
  • Reports
  • Surveys
