For users with smaller iOS mobile devices, we currently have a known issue with numbers on the dial pad appearing squashed/cropped on the Dialer app.
Some users report that this issue has not impacted their calling functionality, however, if you are experiencing difficulty with making a call, due to this issue, here are a few steps you can take to resolve the issue:
- Upgrade your iOS to the latest version.
- Delete and reinstall the app. - We would recommend deleting the app, powering your mobile device down for a full 5 minutes, and then rebooting your device and reinstalling the app.
The above steps have successfully resolved this issue for several users, however, if after updating your iOS and deleting/reinstalling the app the issue persists, this, unfortunately, means that your device is not supported at this time.
- As a workaround, please use Dialer on the Doximity website from a computer.
