With VoIP calling enabled within the Doximity application, users will not be able to call out to a (787) area code phone number.
Please note, you must first disable the VoIP calling feature in order to call a (787) area code.
To Disable VoIP calling, please do the following steps:
- Open up the Doximity application on your phone and tap on the 'Dialer' tab
- Tap on the 'Settings' button/icon under the number 7
- Under Voice Calling, tap on the toggle button next to Use Internet to Place calls
