Adding a Family Member to a Video Call

Patients can now add a family member to a video call that they have with their physician. 


Once you are connected to the video call, to add a family member, tap on the '+ Add Family' icon at the bottom of the screen.




This will initiate the option to either send the video call link through a text message or email.

If you tap on the 'Message' or 'Mail' app, the video link will automatically be copied and pasted into the body of your message.







Note: Our 'Add Family' icon feature is also available on desktop if you are already on a video call with your provider.
