How To Block A Fax Number On Your iOS Device:

A pop-up menu will appear towards the bottom of the screen. Tap on Block fax number.

Next, a pop-up message will appear asking you to confirm that you would like to block faxes and messages from the selected contact.
Tap Block on the pop-up message to confirm.

The selected contact will now be added to your Blocked List. You can find and manage your Blocked List under your fax settings.

From the Fax tab, tap on the fax settings icon in the upper left-hand corner.
Tap on Blocked List.
Tap on Edit.
Tap the red minus (-) icon next to the contact you want to unblock.
Tap on the grey minus (-) icon.

Note: If a fax number outside of the Doximity network has been blocked, it can only be removed from the blocked list on the Doximity website.

Log in to your Doximity account on a computer.
Click on the Fax tab (located on the left side of the screen).
Click on the Settings button (located in the bottom left of the screen).
Click Fax Settings on the left side of the screen.
Under Blocked Fax Numbers, locate the contact you want to unblock.
Click the Trash Can icon to the right of the fax number to unblock it.
A pop-up message will appear and ask you to confirm that you wish to resume receiving faxes from the user.
Click Ok to confirm.

Access the Doximity app.
Tap on the Fax tab located at the bottom of your screen.
Swipe left on the fax that you wish to report as spam.
Tap on More.
A pop-up menu will appear towards the bottom of the screen. Tap on Report as spam.
Next, a pop-up message will appear asking you to confirm if you would like to report the selected fax as spam.
Tap on the Report spam button to confirm.

From the Fax tab, tap on the fax settings icon in the upper left-hand corner.
Tap on Spam.
Swipe left on the fax and tap on the grey Not Spam button.
