It happens, we know! To reset your password, please click on the link provided (Reset my password) and enter the email address you used to create your account. Once complete, an email will be sent to reset your password.
If you attempted to reset your password on your own but didn’t receive an email to reset your password check your spam folder, in case the email is misdirected.
The reset password email was sent to the email address associated with your account. If your email has changed, you need to resubmit the “Reset Your Password” request with the correct email.
How do I change my password?
You can change your password for your Doximity account on the Account & Communication Settings page.
- Under 'Security' click on Manage, located to the right of Security Center
- Next, click on Manage, located to the right of 'Change Password' (see screenshot)
- You will then be asked to 'Enter your current password and your desired new password' (see screenshot)
Note: If you do not know your current password, you can click on the blue 'Reset my password' instead
