It happens, we know! To reset your password, please click on this link (Reset my password) and enter the email address you used to create your account. Once complete, an email will be sent to reset your password.
If you attempted to reset your password but didn’t receive the reset email, please check your spam folder, in case the email is misdirected.
The reset password email will be sent to the primary email address associated with your account.
If you no longer have access to your registered email, please reach out to Doximity support at support@doximity.com.
From there, we’ll provide the next steps to verify your identity and update your login credentials.
How do I change my password?
If you are able to log in to your Doximity account, you can change your password on the Account & Communication Settings page.
- On the Account Settings page, navigate to the section titled Security Center (located at the bottom of the page) and click on Manage. This will redirect you to your account's Security Center Settings
- On the Security Center Settings page, navigate to the section titled Change Password (located at the top of the page) and click on Manage

You will then be asked to enter your current password, followed by your desired new password
- Once you have done so, click on Change Password to save your changes
Note: If you do not know your current password, you can click on the blue Reset my password link instead
