Changing Your Login Email

You can update the email used to log in to your Doximity account from the Account & Communication Settings page.

To update your login email, please follow these steps:

  • Go to Settingshttps://www.doximity.com/settings
  • Under Sign-in Emails, click on the Plus button
  • Enter your new email address
  • Check the box next to Make Primary if you’d like your new email address to be your main login email
  • Next, click the blue Add button
  • After clicking Add, you’ll receive a confirmation email with instructions to complete the update

    • Please follow the steps outlined in the confirmation email to finalize the change

 

What if I forgot my login email?

If you’re unable to recall the email address used to log in, please contact our support team at support@doximity.com

When reaching out, be sure to include the following details:

  • Full name
  • Location
  • Specialty
  • Any email address you may have used during registration

If you would like to update your account email, also include:

  • The new email address you’d like associated with your account

Once we receive your request, we’ll guide you through the next steps to verify your identity and update your login credentials.
