Allow Patients to give feedback on your Dialer Video Appointment

It is now possible to request a quick 'Patient Review' from any patient you have worked with or treated using Dialer Video.


All Dialer Video calls with a duration of over one minute will now see the option to request a patient review after the video call has concluded.


At the end of the appointment, you will see the option on the closing screen to initiate the 'review'.

Simply tap on the gray 'Request Patient Review' button and the patient will receive a text message with the survey at the same cell phone number you used to contact them for the Video appointment.

All review feedback submitted by patients is NOT public and can only be viewed by the end user.


If you would like to make a patient review public, you can do so by pinning the review to your public profile.

  • Open the Doximity mobile application.
  • Tap on the 'Dialer' tab.
  • Tap on the 'Menu Icon' in the top right-hand corner.
  • Tap on 'Patient Reviews'.
  • Tap on the blue 'Pin' icon next to a review you wish to make public.

NOTE:   If the patient does not type out any comments on the Patient Review form, you will not be able to pin and display the feedback on your public profile.
