PLEASE NOTE: Chat messages are only available during the video call and will be permanently deleted once the call ends.
Follow the steps below based on your device.

Open the Doximity app and start a Dialer Video call
Tap the ‘Chat’ icon at the bottom of the screen
Android
Open the Doximity app and start a Dialer Video call
Tap the ‘Chat’ icon at the bottom of the screen
- Type your message and send it to the patient. Once the message is received, the patient will see an on-screen prompt and can reply directly.
