Known issue with the ability to Print out a Fax from the system - June 25th

We have recently been made aware of an issue affecting some users who have received faxes via our service.

Upon attempting to print these faxes, only certain pages are successfully printed.

Please rest assured that our team is actively addressing this issue to resolve it promptly.

Temporary Workaround

Several users have reported a successful workaround by downloading the fax as a PDF file onto their computer and printing the file separately. 

Additionally, we suggest trying to print using an alternative browser installed on your computer, as some users have found success with this approach.

We will continue to monitor the situation closely and will provide updates to this announcement as new information becomes available.
