What You Will See When Receiving The Text Message
- When your provider sends you a Dialer Text Message you will receive a text from an 882-86 number with a link to view the secure message.
- Text messages can be viewed up to 5 times before they expire.
- For the first hour, patients will be able to automatically view text messages by tapping on the link you received via text.
- After 1 hour, patients will be required to enter the last four digits of their phone number in order to view their secure text message.
- If the patient incorrectly enters the last four digits of their phone number more than 5 times the text message will automatically expire.
NOTE: All messages will expire after 7 days.
