How to Add an Interpreter/Participant Before Inviting a Patient to a Video Call (App – Pro & Enterprise Only)

Dialer Pro and Enterprise users can add an interpreter to a Dialer Video call before inviting the patient.

This allows the interpreter to join the video call first, so they are already connected when the patient enters the visit.

How to Start the Call with an Interpreter

  • Open the Doximity mobile app.
  • Tap the Dialer tab.
  • Select the Video Call icon at the bottom of the screen.
  • Tap Add Interpreter.
  • Select one of your saved interpreter numbers, or enter a new interpreter number.
  • Once the interpreter has been added to the video call, you can invite the patient.
