Access options for users with iPhone Series 7 and 8

The new version of Doximity requires a second form of security to view your faxes/messages.

You will need to create a passcode or Touch ID.

Otherwise, you can only view your messaging / faxes on the Doximity website.

If you do not have a passcode for your iPhone, you would need to create a passcode.

Just go to the main screen of your iPhone and look for the Settings app.

Once you create a passcode, go to the Doxmity app, tap 'Unlock using Device Passcode', and enter the six-digit passcode.

If instead, you wish to turn on the Touch ID feature, you can enable that feature instead.

  • Open the Settings app
  • Scroll down and tap one of the following 'Touch ID & Passcode'
  • Tap 'Add a Fingerprint...'

Once you have completed either of these steps, you can access any Inbox message or Fax from the Doximity application.
