How to Prepare Your Network and System for Doximity Dialer (for IT Professionals)

This article covers Dialer details for IT professionals and administrators. Clinician members using Dialer do not need to configure anything.

For IT professionals

We recommend that you allow list Doximity URIs and IP addresses for the best possible experience for your doctors using Doximity Dialer. Some of the URIs and IP addresses below belong to our vendors and are also important to create an allow list of domains and IP addresses when preparing your network for our product.

Allow List URIs (Protocol and Port)

Allow List for Citrix Browser Re-Direction URLs

If you are unable to allow-list wildcarded subdomains, please ensure that you configure support for these URLs specifically. Clients on Citrix, for example, may need to update two policies: the Access Control List (ACL) policy settings and Browser Content Redirection Authentication sites. Please ensure these two policies have the following URLs and associated wildcard (*) at the end.
