To initiate the handoff process, click on the '+ person' icon at the bottom of the screen.
Select the 'Patient Hand-Off' option from the menu.
Enter the mobile phone number of the clinician or specialist to whom you are handing off the visit. If you choose to 'Send & Hang Up', the video link will immediately be sent to the clinician / specialist via text and you will exit the call, leaving the patient in the video room to wait for the provider. If you choose to 'Send & Stay On', the video link will still be sent to the provider, but you will remain in the video visit room with the patient.
Inviting a 3rd person to your video visit by selecting 'Patient Hand-Off' does not expose your personal cell number to either party.
