Dialer Enterprise users of the Doximity Dialer feature can now allow their patients to call them back after a Dialer Voice appointment.
To activate it, at the end of a voice call, tap or click on the button 'Allow 1-Hour Callback'.
Please note, that the 1-hour will reflect the duration that you choose for the callback.
It will be located at the bottom of the 'Call Summary' screen.

Once you tap or click on the option, the Patient will receive a text message to the number you called when doing the voice appointment. The Patient can now use the number listed on the text to call you on your personal cell phone while still protecting your privacy.
Here is what the Patient will see:
NOTE: The assigned number is a 'Bridge' number. The patient can call this number and it will forward to the user's personal cell phone. If you would like to forward the call to a different number you would need to add the phone number under 'Forwarding number' in 'Dialer Settings' on the app or 'Settings' on the website.
If the patient waits too long and the time expires, the call will be redirected to the Caller ID number. For example, if your Caller ID is set to your office number, the patient's callback will go directly to your office.
The setting is also the place where you can change the amount of time the patient can make a callback.
Here are the steps to changing the callback duration time for the Patient Callback feature:
