Clinicians who are added to a Dialer Video visit by another clinician under their Enterprise can now join with full call controls, enabling a more seamless call handoff.

Instructions

1. When you're ready to add another clinician to your Dialer Video visit, click the "Add person" icon to send them the video link. You can either text them the link or copy it to send it over another platform (e.g. Teams or email).

2. If the person you are adding has a Doximity account that is covered under the same Enterprise license, they will have the option to "Join as a Clinician". Joining as a clinician will enable them to join with full call controls, including virtual backgrounds and the ability to add additional participants.
