How can we help?

Enterprise users can now invite other clinicians from their organization to a Dialer Video visit with full call controls, making handoffs smoother and more collaborative.

To invite another clinician:

1. During a Dialer Video visit, tap the 'Add person' or 'Add People' icon.
2. Under the Add person menu, tap on 'Copy room link'.
3. You can then share the video link by:

• Texting your colleague directly, or
• Sending it via another method (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Email, etc.)

When the invited clinician joins:

• If your colleague is under the same Enterprise license, they’ll see the 'Join as a Clinician' option prior to joining the call.

• Joining as a Clinician grants them full control—like virtual backgrounds and adding more participants.
