Format Compatibility Update: Transition to .docx Instead of .doc for Fax Submissions

As part of our ongoing efforts to streamline and modernize our systems, we have officially discontinued support for Microsoft Word files in the legacy .doc format.

This FAQ outlines what this change means for you and how to ensure your documents are successfully processed moving forward.

Q: Can I still send faxes using .doc files?
A: No, we have discontinued support for Microsoft Word files in the .doc format. If you attempt to send a fax using a .doc file, it will not be processed.

Q: What file format should I use instead?
A: Please use the .docx format for Microsoft Word documents. We fully support .docx files.

Retrying a failed fax with a .doc file will not work. We recommend creating a new fax with a .docx version of your document before submitting it again.

Q: Why am I not seeing this update on your website?
A: We are currently in the process of updating our website to reflect this change. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this transition.
