A: No, we have discontinued support for Microsoft Word files in the .doc format. If you attempt to send a fax using a .doc file, it will not be processed.
Q: What file format should I use instead?
A: Please use the .docx format for Microsoft Word documents. We fully support .docx files.
PLEASE NOTE: Retrying a failed fax with a .doc file will not work. We recommend creating a new fax with a .docx version of your document before submitting it again.
