Single Sign-On (SSO) Login Instructions for Dialer Enterprise Accounts

 

Q: Can I log into Doximity using my work credentials?

Yes! If your hospital, university, or organization has enabled Single Sign-On (SSO) with Doximity, you can log in using your institutional email and password.

Once you sign in through your institution’s secure login portal, you’ll automatically be connected to your organization’s Dialer Enterprise account.

Note: Please make sure you’re signed out of Doximity before attempting to log in using SSO.


Q: How do I sign out of Doximity?

On the Doximity App:

  1. Open the app

  2. Tap the News tab

  3. Tap your profile icon (initials or photo) in the top right corner

  4. Select Settings

  5. Scroll down and tap Sign Out

On the Doximity Website:

  1. Go to doximity.com

  2. Click on your profile icon (initials or photo) in the bottom left corner

  3. Click Sign Out at the top of the dropdown menu


Q: How do I log in using SSO on the app?

  1. Open the Doximity app

  2. Tap the key icon (SSO option)

  3. Enter your institutional (work) email address that you use in your hospital, university, company, or institution

  4. You’ll be redirected to your institution’s login page

  5. Log in using your company credentials — you’ll then be connected to your Dialer Enterprise account


Q: How do I log in using SSO on the website?

  1. Visit doximity.com 

  2. Click on Sign In in the upper right corner, or access this link: Sign In

  3. Click the Hospital SSO or key icon

  4. Enter your institutional (work) email address that you use in your hospital, university, company, or institution

  5. You’ll be redirected to your institution’s login portal

  6. Log in using your company credentials—once completed, you’ll be signed in to Doximity and automatically linked to your organization’s Dialer Enterprise account
