Doximity had an accounting issue and inadvertently charged some members for our Dialer Pro feature.
This was our error and we are working to refund the charge as soon as possible. Our Dialer Pro features is a subscription, but we launched the offering in 2021, so no renewals should have been processed until 2022.
We plan to message all affected users today with the details.
