How to Update Your Hospital Affiliation on Desktop - Enterprise Only

Doximity users who are covered by a Dialer Enterprise paid subscription can select their current affiliation to access additional customizations and personalizations. 

Selecting your affiliation will ensure that your hospital’s name and logo appear to patients, as well as display the proper patient consent language if applicable.

NOTE: Affiliations default to None. If your organization uses this feature, you must manually select your affiliation.

 

To set your affiliation on Desktop:

  • Log in to your Doximity profile
  • Click the Dialer tab on the left side of the screen
  • Click Settings in the bottom-left corner
  • Scroll down to Affiliations
  • Select the appropriate affiliation

Your selected affiliation will apply across both desktop and mobile. If you update your affiliation on desktop, it will also update in the Doximity app, and vice versa.

You can update your affiliation at any time.

If you do not see the option to select an affiliation, your hospital may not offer a paid Dialer Enterprise subscription. Please contact your organization’s IT team for more information
