How to update your hospital affiliation

Doximity users who are covered by a Dialer Enterprise paid subscription can select their current affiliation to access additional customizations and personalizations. Selecting your affiliation will ensure that your hospital’s name and logo appear to patients, as well as display the proper patient consent language if applicable.

Affiliations default to “None” - you must select your affiliation.

To set your affiliation on Desktop:

  1. Click “Settings”
  2. Scroll down to “Affiliations”
  3. Select the proper affiliation

To set your affiliation on the Doximity mobile app:

  1. Tap “Settings” from the Dialer tab
  2. Tap “Affiliation”
  3. Select the proper affiliation

Setting an affiliation on Desktop will set your mobile affiliation as well, and vice versa. You can update your current affiliation at any time.

If you don’t see an option to set your affiliation, your hospital may not offer a paid Enterprise subscription. Please reach out to your IT team for more information.
