How to Send your Diagnostic Report to Doximity Support

Once you run the Diagnostic report on your iOS or Android device, you will have to email those results to Doximity support.

 

Here's how:

iOS

  • Run the Diagnostics test on your iOS device
  • Tap on the blue 'Download the Report'
  • Tap on 'More'
  • Open up your 'Mail' application

Android

  • Run the Diagnostics test on your Android device
  • Tap on the blue 'Download the Report'

If you come across the following messages, tap on 'Continue' and 'Allow' to save the file to your Android device.

  • Tap on 'Open' next to test_results.json located at the bottom of your screen
  • Tap on the 'Share' icon located in the upper right-hand corner
  • You should now see the options to 'Share with Gmail'
  • Tap on 'Just once'

Your report will then open as an attachment in a new email. You can send the email to Support@Doximity.com.
