In order to join the video call with your provider, you must use Chrome or FireFox as your default browser on your Android device.
Below are instructions on how to change your default browser.
- Open the Settings app on your Android device.
- Scroll down until you find 'Apps' or 'Apps & notifications' and tap it.
- Scroll down and tap on 'Chrome' or 'FireFox'.
- Scroll down and tap on 'Browser app'.
- Tap on 'Browser app'.
- Tap on 'Chrome' or 'FireFox' to make it your default browser.
Once you select 'Chrome' or 'FireFox' as your default browser, go back to the text message and tap on the link to join the video call with your provider.
