To join a Doximity Dialer Video appointment with your healthcare provider, you'll need to use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox as your default browser on your Android device.
If neither browser is currently set as your default, follow the instructions below to change your browser settings.
How to Change Your Default Browser
- Open the Settings app on your Android device.
- Scroll down and tap Apps or Apps & notifications.
- Locate and tap Default apps or Choose default apps.
- Select Browser app from the list of default applications.
- Tap Chrome or Firefox to set it as your default browser.
Once you've selected Chrome or Firefox as your default browser, return to the text message from your healthcare provider and tap the video invitation link to join your appointment.
