Group Calling on Dialer Voice Calls (Add an Interpreter or Second Participant) - Pro & Enterprise Only

Dialer Pro and Enterprise users can add an interpreter or a second participant to an active Dialer Voice call.

Dialer Voice group calls can support up to 3 total participants, including yourself.

Important Notes:

  • Your first call will be placed on hold while you connect with the second participant or interpreter.
  • If you leave the call, the remaining participants will stay connected.
  • If you disable VoIP, only the first person you call will see the Caller ID selected in Dialer. Any additional calls you place may display your personal cell phone number.
