For patients who do not have a mobile phone or who simply prefer to join from a computer, follow the steps below to send the Dialer Video invite link by email.
If you are a patient, you can also send the video link to yourself so that you can join from your computer by following these instructions.

On iOS:
NOTE: By sharing the link via email, the patient will see your email address.
Start your Dialer Video Call
‣ For Patients With a Mobile Phone Number:
- Simply enter the patient's phone number and tap the green Video button to start your video call.
- Upon tapping the Video button, your patient will automatically receive a text from an 882-86 number inviting them to join the video visit. However, you can still follow the steps below to send the patient their invite link via email.
‣ For Patients Without a Mobile Phone Number:
- Tap the green Video button without entering a phone number to enter the video room. From there, follow the steps below to send the patient a link to join by email.
Emailing a Dialer Video Invite Link to Your Patient
- Toggle up on the menu screen.
- Tap the Add person button.
- Tap the Share link button.
- From the share menu, tap Mail. This will open a new email draft in the iPhone Mail app with the video visit link automatically added to the message.

Enter the patient’s email address, add a subject line or message if desired, and send the email.
The patient can then open the email on their computer and select the video visit link to join the call.

On Android:

- Tap the Copy video link button.
- Open up your Gmail application and compose a new email.
- Paste the video link in the email.
- From there, enter the patient’s email address, add a subject line or message if desired, and send the email.
- The patient can then open the email on their computer and select the video visit link to join the call.
