Dialer Pro and Enterprise users can add additional participants to a Dialer Video call. Video calls can support up to 50 total participants, including the provider and patient.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Dialer Video does not currently support dialing extensions when adding another participant. If the person you need to add requires an extension, please use Dialer Voice instead. You will need to call their number, enter the extension, and then merge them into the call.
- Participants covered under the same Enterprise license may have the option to Join as a Clinician when joining the video call. Joining as a clinician gives them full call controls, including virtual backgrounds and the ability to add additional participants.
