You can add up to 50 participants to your Dialer Video call, including the provider and patient. To add additional participants, follow the steps below.
Please note, that the system currently does not allow dialing extensions while using the VIDEO feature and adding a 3rd person to any appointment. If you need to add someone to a Video appointment that requires dialing an extension, you must use the VOICE feature to connect with the person who requires the extension. You must dial the phone number and enter the extension first, before merging the call.

How to access the group calling feature
iOS: Once you are connected with your patient, to add another participant, tap on the 'add person' icon at the bottom of the screen.
Android: Once you are connected with your patient, to add another participant, tap on the 'Add Person' icon at the bottom of the screen.
This will initiate the option to add a participant to your call in 3 different ways. You may also add an interpreter via the 'interpreter' icon on the tools menu.

How to use the 3 group calling options
Option 1: Add an Interpreter
iOS: Tap on the 'interpreter' icon. This will bring up the screen below where you can enter your interpreter's number, and tap 'Save & Call'. After this, an audio-only call will be placed to your interpreter's number and they'll be added to the call with your patient.
Note: If you need to change your stored interpreter number(s) you can do so at any time by tapping the 'Settings' icon on your dialer home screen.
Once you have saved your interpreter number(s), you may access these interpreter number(s) by tapping on the interpreter button. You may also add multiple interpreter numbers in this menu.
Android: Tap on 'Add Interpreter'. This will bring up the screen below where you can enter your interpreter's number, and tap 'Save & Call'. After this, an audio-only call will be placed to your interpreter's number and they'll be added to the call with your patient.
Option 2: Add a Participant
iOS: To add another participant, tap on the 'add person' icon at the bottom of the screen. This will initiate the option to add a participant to your call in 2 different ways. You can either tap on 'Text Link' or 'Call Phone'.
You can now select the invite language prior to sending the invite to the patient.
From the dropdown menu choose the language you wish to send the invite in.
Then enter in the phone number and tap on 'Text Link' to send the invite to the patient.
Android: To add another participant, tap on the 'Add Person' icon at the bottom of the screen. This will initiate the option to add a participant to your call in 2 different ways. You can either tap on 'Text Link' or 'Call Phone'.
You can now select the invite language prior to sending the invite to the patient.
Tap on 'Invite Language', choose the language you wish to send the invite in, and then tap 'Select'.
Enter in the phone number and tap on 'Text Link' to then send the invite to the patient.
Option 3: Copy video link to clipboard
iOS: Tap the 'Share link' button on the upper right-hand corner. This will automatically copy the video link to your clipboard. This option is best if you want to email the link to your patient/additional participant so they can join via computer. PLEASE NOTE: By sharing the link via Email, the 3rd person WILL see your Private Email address. It is now up to the 3rd person to tap on the link you shared with them so they can join the Video Call.
Android: Tap the 'Copy video link' button on the top of the screen. This will automatically copy the video link to your clipboard. This option is best if you want to email the link to your patient/additional participant so they can join via computer. PLEASE NOTE: By sharing the link via Email, the 3rd person WILL see your Private Email address. It is now up to the 3rd person to tap on the link you shared with them so they can join the Video Call.
