Your text history allows you to check the status of sent messages, including whether a text was delivered, failed to send, or was read by the patient.
iOS
How to View Your Text History on iOS
1. Open the Doximity app
2. Tap the Dialer tab
3. Access your History by tapping the Recents button in the upper right-hand corner of the Dialer page
4. Select the Text tab at the top of the screen to view your text history
Your history includes a complete record of all Dialer texts sent from both the app and website, including: date, time, and message status (delivered, failed, read, or replied).
NOTE: Data in History cannot be removed.
Android
How to View Your Text History on Android
1. Open the Doximity app
2. Tap the Dialer tab
3. Access your History by tapping the Clock icon in the top-right corner
4. Select the Text tab at the top of the screen to view your text history

How to View Your Text History on the Doximity Website
1. Log in to your Doximity account in your web browser.
2. Click on the Dialer tab (located on the left side of the screen)
3. Under the Dialer tab, you’ll see Video, Voice, and Text. Select Text to view your message history.
4. Your text history will appear in a column on the left side of the screen. From here, you can select a message to view the full text thread.

NOTE: Data in History cannot be removed.
NOTE: Sent text messages can be viewed for up to 7 days.
A live countdown appears for each message so you can see exactly how much viewing time remains.
Once the countdown expires, the message will no longer be viewable.
