Doximity’s messaging feature allows verified members to send HIPAA-secure messages to colleagues within the Doximity network.
Members can use messaging to communicate directly with their professional connections and securely share information and supported file attachments. To send a message, both members must be verified and connected as colleagues on Doximity.
NOTE: To send a Doximity message, both you and the recipient must be verified Doximity members and mutually connected as colleagues.
If you do not see the option to send a message, it may mean that one of the following applies:
- You are not verified.
- The recipient is not verified.
- You and the recipient are not mutually connected on Doximity.
