Doximity and Wolters Kluwer Health have signed a multi-year partnership to bring UpToDate into Doximity Ask.

Who will have access?
Clinicians at health systems that use both Doximity and UpToDate. Doximity's Clinical AI Suite is deployed at more than 165 health systems, including 10 of the nation's top 20 hospitals.

What will doctors see in Ask?
They will see Ask's AI-generated answer and an answer based on UpToDate's 13,000 topics and best practice guides.

Why did Doximity do this?
Doctors value a second opinion, and UpToDate is one of the most widely used clinical decision support resources in the world. Putting it inside Ask lets them check an AI answer against it without leaving their workflow.

Why does UpToDate matter for clinical questions?
Nearly one in four medical questions can't be answered by available research. UpToDate draws on 7,600 expert clinicians, editors, and peer reviewers, which gives doctors expert judgment when the evidence runs out.
