Managing Individual and Group Subscriptions
Individual users and admins who have purchased multiple Dialer Pro licenses (group subscriptions) can manage eligible subscriptions through the customer portal: https://doximity.chargebeeportal.com/
Please note: A Dialer Pro subscription may include one or more licenses.
Only the purchasing customer, meaning the person who originally purchased the Dialer subscription, can access and manage the subscription through the portal.
For single-license purchases, the purchasing customer and the individual user are typically the same person.
Activating Dialer Pro Licenses for Multiple (Group) Subscriptions
After purchasing multiple Dialer Pro licenses, the purchasing user will receive an email containing their organization’s license codes. The purchasing user is responsible for sharing the activation link and the appropriate license code with each clinician individually.
NOTE: Each clinician must have a registered and verified Doximity account before they can activate their Dialer Pro license.
Instructions for activating multiple licenses
- After completing the purchase, the administrator or purchasing user will receive an email with the Dialer Pro license codes.
- Send each clinician their assigned license code, along with the activation link: doximity.com/dialer/pro/activate
- The clinician should then sign in to their Doximity account and access the activation link
- The clinician will then enter the license code and click Submit.
- Once the license is successfully activated, the page will display a confirmation message and provide an option to redirect to Dialer.
Activate Your Dialer Pro License Immediately After Purchase — Individual Subscription
- After completing your purchase, you can activate your Dialer Pro license directly from the Order Confirmed page.
- To activate your license, click the blue Activate Now button.
- For individual subscriptions, your license will be automatically applied after clicking this button, so you do not need to manually enter or keep track of your license code.
- Regardless of whether you activate your license immediately or choose to activate it later, your license code will also be emailed to you after your purchase is complete.
- This email is typically sent within 5 minutes. If you cannot locate the email, please contact us at dialerpro@doximity.com
Activate Your Dialer Pro License Later via Email — Individual Subscription
- If you do not activate your Dialer Pro license immediately after purchase, you can activate it later using the activation email sent after your purchase is complete.
- Your license code will typically be emailed to you within 5 minutes of purchase. If you cannot locate the email, please contact us at: dialerpro@doximity.com.
To activate your license from the email:
- Open the Dialer Pro activation email.
- Click Activate Now.
- You will be directed to a page where your license code is automatically populated.
- Click the blue Activate Dialer Pro button.
- Once activated, you will see a confirmation page letting you know your Dialer Pro license has been activated.
- Click Go to Dialer to be redirected to the Dialer feature.
