Tax-Exempt Purchases

To request a tax-exempt Dialer Pro purchase, please email the following information to dialerpro@doximity.com:

• Tax exemption certificate number
• Copy of your tax exemption certificate
• Callback phone number

All tax-exempt Dialer Pro purchases currently require a credit card.

Once we receive your documentation and contact information, a member of our team will call you to complete your tax-exempt purchase over the phone.

Vendor Purchases

If your organization requires vendor forms to purchase Dialer Pro, please send the forms directly to our Accounting team at ar@doximity.com.

A member of the team will follow up with you to assist with the vendor process. 

Please allow a few business days for your request to be reviewed and processed.
