How To Cancel Your Subscription

 

You can cancel your Dialer Pro subscription at any time during your plan term to disable auto-renewal. Cancellations made within the first 30 days of purchase are eligible for a refund. To request a refund within 30 days, please email dialerpro@doximity.com.

 

How to Cancel Auto-Renewal:

  • To disable auto-renewal, visit the Customer Portal here:
    https://doximity.chargebeeportal.com
  • Enter the email address used at the time of purchase.
  • Click the blue Continue button.

  • A one-time password will be dispatched. Check your email for the one-time password.
  • Enter the one-time password and click Login.
  • Once redirected to the Customer Portal, you will see options for Dialer Pro, Account Information, Payment Methods, and Billing History.
  • Click Dialer Pro to manage your subscription.
  • Select Cancel Subscription. This will disable auto-renewal.

  • When prompted, provide a reason for canceling. Any details you share help us improve our tools for healthcare professionals.
  • Click Confirm Cancellation to complete the cancellation.

  • After confirming, you will see a blue banner stating that your subscription’s auto-renewal has been canceled.
