You can cancel your subscription at any time during your plan term to disable the auto-renewal. Cancellations within the first 30 days are eligible for a refund. Please email dialerpro@doximity.com to request a refund within 30 days.
Here is a link you can use to disable the renewal in the Customer Portal: https://doximity.chargebeeportal.com/
Once you get to the Customer Portal, you will enter the email address that you used at the time of purchase. After you have entered your email, click the blue 'Continue' button.
You will then receive a one-time password that will be sent to your email address. Enter your password and click the 'Login' button.
You will be redirected to the Customer Portal where you will be able to manage your Dialer Pro subscription. You should now see the options for Dialer Pro, Account Information, Payment Methods, and Billing History.
Click on the option for 'Dialer Pro' and this will take you to the page where you will be able to manage your subscription. Next, click on the 'Cancel Subscription' button. Clicking this button will disable auto-renewal.
You will then be asked to leave us a reason as to why you wish to cancel your Dialer Pro subscription. Any detail you can provide will help us as we work to make sure that our tools are as useful as possible for health care professionals. Click the blue 'Confirm Cancellation' button once you are done. Clicking 'Confirm Cancellation' will disable auto-renewal.
You will see a blue bar stating that your subscription's auto-renewal has been canceled. If you wish to cancel your Dialer Pro subscription immediately, please email dialerpro@doximity.com. If you wish to reactivate your Dialer Pro, you will need to repurchase Dialer Pro at https://www.doximity.com/dialer/pro/purchase
