Dialer Video on the Doximity website now supports emailing video visit links to patients without exposing your email address. You can send a Dialer Video invite to your patient by email, either before starting the video call or during the call.
This feature provides patients with more flexibility and is especially useful for those who do not have a smartphone or prefer to join from a desktop or laptop.
NOTE: The email privacy option that sends video visit invites from no-reply@doximity.com is currently only available for Dialer Video on desktop. This feature is not available in the Doximity mobile app at this time.

If you are a patient, you can also opt to join your visit from a computer by following these instructions.
Sending an Email Invite Before Your Video Call:
- Visit https://www.doximity.com/dialer/home on your computer.
- Click Email a video invite, located above the patient phone number input field.
- This will open the Dialer Video preview screen.
- On the right side of the page, select Email to send the invite link by email.
- You can also select Text to send the link by text message or Copy to copy the invite link.
- A pop-up will appear asking you to enter your patient’s email address.
- Enter the patient’s email address, then click Send Invite.
- Your patient will receive an email from no-reply@doximity.com inviting them to join the video visit.
Sending an Email Invite During a Video Call:

After joining the video call, you will see an additional option in the middle of the in-call screen to send your patient an invite link.
- NOTE: Dialer Enterprise and Dialer Pro users can also use the in-call invite options to invite additional participants without revealing their personal email or phone number.

Select Email to send the invite link by email.
- You can also select Text to send the link by text message or Copy to copy the invite link.

A pop-up will appear prompting you to enter the patient's email address.
- After entering the email, click Send Invite.
- The recipient will then receive an email from no-reply@doximity.com inviting them to join the video visit.
