Doximity Fax is available to verified physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, pharmacists, medical students, podiatrists, and dentists.
Eligible members can claim a free digital fax line with a unique fax number for sending and receiving faxes directly through their Doximity mailbox. Faxes can be sent to any U.S. fax number.

How To Get A Doximity Fax Number On The Mobile App:
- Once you have installed Doximity onto your mobile device, open the Doximity app and sign in.
- Tap the Fax tab.
- Follow the on-screen instructions and complete the required information.
- Once setup is complete, your Doximity fax number will be assigned.

How To Get A Doximity Fax Number On The Website:
- On the Doximity website, navigate to the Fax tab on the left side of the screen.
- Click Get free fax number near the top-left of the page.
- Follow the on-screen instructions and enter the required information.
- Once complete, you will be assigned your Doximity fax number.
