When your healthcare provider sends you a secure message through Doximity Dialer, you'll receive a text message from an 882-86 number containing a link to view your message.
How to View Your Secure Text Message
- Open the text message you received from your healthcare provider.
Tap the link in the message to view your secure text.
If more than one hour has passed since you received the message, you'll be prompted to enter the last four digits of your phone number to access it.
Message Viewing Limits and Expiration
For security purposes, Dialer Text messages have the following viewing restrictions:
- Viewing limit: Each message can be viewed up to 5 times before it expires.
- First-hour access: You can open your secure message directly through the link without additional verification for the first hour.
- After 1 hour: You will be required to enter the last four digits of your phone number in order to view your secure message.
- Verification attempts: If you enter the last four digits of your phone number incorrectly more than 5 times, the message will automatically expire.
- Message expiration: All secure text messages automatically expire after 7 days, even if they haven't been viewed five times.
NOTE: All messages will expire after 7 days.
