How to Set Up Dialer on the Doximity Mobile App

To access Doximity Dialer, you must have a registered and verified Doximity account.

If you have not yet registered or completed verification, please review the following resources first:

NOTE: Dialer access for Registered Nurses, Social Workers, and Other Healthcare Professionals is available through Dialer Pro.

After completing the initial Dialer setup, you will automatically receive a free trial of 20 calls.

Once all 20 trial calls have been used, a Dialer Pro subscription is required to continue using Dialer.

Setting Up Dialer

The Doximity mobile app is required when using Dialer from a mobile device.

Please download the app and sign in before getting started.

iOS

After signing in, tap the Dialer icon () near the bottom of the screen
Enter your mobile number, then tap the blue Send Code button
Enter the 4-digit verification code sent to your phone
If you do not receive the verification code, tap Resend Verification Code, or tap Didn't get a text?
- Selecting Didn't get a text? will prompt you to 'Call +1 (415)-xxx-xxxx'. This is an automated call used strictly for verification purposes.
Next, follow the prompts to finish Dialer setup.

Android

After signing in, tap the Dialer icon () near the bottom of the screen
Tap the blue Send Verification Code button
Enter your mobile number, then tap Done
Enter the 4-digit verification code sent to your phone and tap Done
If you do not receive the verification code, tap Resend Verification Code or tap Cannot receive texts
- Selecting Cannot receive texts will take you to the next screen with additional verification options.
Next, follow the prompts to complete the dialer setup.
