How To Use Doximity Scribe

About Doximity Scribe AI

Doximity's Scribe AI is a free, HIPAA-compliant note-taker designed to transform clinically important details from your conversations and patient visits into intelligently summarized, EHR-ready clinical notes.

Scribe can extract key clinical details while filtering day-to-day chatter, making sure that only essential information is included in your notes.

Scribe supports up to 140 minutes of recording and can be enabled on both the Doximity mobile app and website to take on-demand dictation, or during any in-person clinical encounter to capture the details of a patient visit and instantly convert the transcript into an H&P, progress note, consult note, or a custom note template of your design. The tool then generates a cleaned-up and organized note, ready to be pasted into your EHR.
